THE INDUSTRIAL AUTOCLAVE BY DAXEN

Daxen is a long-standing manufacturer of industrial autoclaves and is now one of the world's leading manufacturers of large industrial autoclaves. Daxen is structured to be able to respond to all requests for the construction of industrial autoclaves, and is capable of mastering each stage of the construction of an industrial autoclave.

Thus, we act on several aspects during the construction of your autoclave:

Dimensions: The size of the autoclave, from medium to very large. The boilerwork is manufactured directly in our GRISA workshops to build your autoclave to measure.
High pressure: We design solutions capable of very high pressure.
Door: We create doors adapted to your needs, with specific opening systems.
Vertical autoclaves with top or bottom loading.
Autoclave fairing on request.
Control: integration and development of control software. The control system is equipped with a programmer, a controller or a programmable and recordable automaton.

We master all the construction parameters of industrial autoclaves as well as their operational monitoring.

CAREENED AUTOCLAVE

The fairing allows the autoclave to be clad in order to integrate it into a working environment. This is a request from certain customers which we can meet in small and medium sizes.
